Position Overview:

As a Digital Strategy Associate, you will support the development and execution of digital strategies to drive innovation and growth. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll assist in research, data analysis, and implementing solutions that align with Webook.com’s vision for transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the annual business plan by researching and gathering relevant data to align with organizational goals.
  • Support senior consultants in identifying opportunities for new products, services, or process improvements.
  • Conduct business analysis, market research, and customer insight studies to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
  • Create and contribute to presentations showcasing innovative solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing reports and insights.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, technologies, and industry practices, sharing insights with the team.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of digital innovation and transformation within the organization.
  • Assist in evaluating potential digital platforms, tools, and strategies for growth and efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, market research, data analysis
  • Proven ability to work on projects that involve digital tools, research, and strategic recommendations.

Key Skills:

  • Basic experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to share ideas clearly.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (e.g., SEO, social media, content strategy) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and their importance in digital strategies.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
