Euronet seeks to employ a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist and enhance sales operations and administrative functions in our offices in Egypt.

The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and contribute to a leading multinational financial services company with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to the sales team by preparing and reviewing contracts, managing client documentation, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Facilitate document collection, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and liaise with authorities as required.
  • Handle inquiries from customers and merchants, delivering excellent service and identifying solutions to their needs.
  • Maintain and update databases, prepare reports, and support the team with data processing and ad hoc projects.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in financial services or banking.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Must have a legal right to work in Egypt without the need for visa sponsorship.
