Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Recruiter at Leader Investment Group. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting processes. They will collaborate with the HR team to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 3 plus years of experience in recruiting for technical roles
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Technical Recruiting expertise
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in recruiting for technical roles
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the IT industry is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
