- Establishing strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Keeping in touch with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Achieving or exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the company.
- Managing the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and closing deals.
- Developing strategic plans for key accounts to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns clients may have promptly and effectively.
- Anticipating potential problems and implementing solutions before they escalate.
- Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, delivery, and customer support to ensure client needs are met.
