We're searching for self-driven and experienced Cloud Sales Account Managers to join our growing team for the Egyptian market.

  • Establishing strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Keeping in touch with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the company.
  • Managing the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and closing deals.
  • Developing strategic plans for key accounts to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns clients may have promptly and effectively.
  • Anticipating potential problems and implementing solutions before they escalate.
  • Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, delivery, and customer support to ensure client needs are met.
