This senior leadership position will oversee all commercial functions related to our groundbreaking projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving revenue growth.

Your expertise will be essential in executing commercial strategies that enhance our market positioning and profitability. As the Senior Director, you will lead a high-performing team, oversee complex negotiations, and develop robust relationships with stakeholders while maintaining a focus on innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya’s goals and enhance revenue streams.
  • Drive market penetration and business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to drive collaborative opportunities.
  • Negotiate complex agreements, ensuring favorable terms and maximum value for Qiddiya.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor commercial performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies while promoting best practices across commercial activities.

  • A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in commercial roles within the real estate or entertainment sectors.
