We are seeking a Design Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on innovative design strategies that will shape our projects for the future. The Design Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the design process from inception through execution, collaborating with various teams to deliver multifunctional spaces that enhance visitor experiences and embody the essence of Qiddiya.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall design process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements and sustainability standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide expert feedback to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish clear design briefs, project scopes, and timelines to manage expectations and deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships with external design consultants, ensuring their outputs meet the high standards set by Qiddiya.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance project efficiency.
- Organize and lead design workshops and meetings, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices in all design outputs.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in design management, preferably within real estate development, leisure, or entertainment sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful design work.
- Strong proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, sustainability standards, and construction processes.
- Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on mentorship and team development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
