FlapKap, a prominent financial growth partner for digitally-native businesses in the Middle East and Africa, is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Financial Operations Specialist to become part of our dedicated team. It is essential for us to efficiently manage several work streams, including the reconciliation of cash flows, accurate upkeep of our contract ledger, and regular updates of our client-facing application. In this role, you will play a critical part in daily updates and maintenance of our core functions, and be responsible for reporting these activities to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile client repayments with their contracts
- Implement and manage late fee protocols for clients
- Update and add contracts within our application
- Monitor and understand FlapKap’s KPIs
- Ensure timely payments of client obligations
