Octopus by RTG is dedicated to bridging the gap between top-tier organizations globally and exceptional talents. We are in search of a CRM Specialist to contribute to one of the largest retail companies in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Customize and configure CRM workflows and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
- Document system configurations and processes to maintain clear records.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and business processes.
- At least 5 years of technical and functional experience in Microsoft CRM.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
