Job Purpose:
Tamheer Program is a six months on-the-job training program for fresh graduates. Saudi graduates will be enrolled in a training program and will be gaining the required skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of data pipelines to integrate diverse data sources.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of existing data systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in data quality assurance and validation processes.
- Learn to utilize data storage technologies and tools under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Document processes and assist in creating reports as necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Tamheer Requirements:
- To be a Saudi citizen.
- Should have a bachelor's degree
- To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- Shouldn’t have the practical experience more than one year registered in GOSI.
- He should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.
