The Commercial Director will play a crucial role in defining and steering the commercial strategy of our firm within the consumer finance domain. This position demands a visionary leader with a solid background in driving revenue growth, forming significant partnerships, and enhancing market visibility. An ideal candidate will possess expert leadership abilities and an extensive grasp of market forces in the financial services sector.<\/p>

Merchants Acquisition and Partnerships:<\/strong><\/p> - Lead a geographically diverse sales team to foster revenue growth and surpass sales objectives while ensuring streamlined onboarding of new merchants.<\/li>
- Address concerns and queries related to merchant accounts and transactions promptly.<\/li>
- Formulate and execute strategies to sustain a robust and active merchant network.<\/li>
- Design and implement sales and partnership strategies to amplify customer acquisition and engagement.<\/li>
- Supervise the Direct Sales team in their efforts to onboard new clients.<\/li>
- Establish performance benchmarks and targets for the sales team.<\/li>
- Offer continuous training and developmental resources to enhance skill sets.<\/li>
- Authorize CF limits to customers, allowing them to make purchases from our merchant network.<\/li>
- Enhance usage and sales on our app by integrating products from partnered merchants.<\/li> <\/ul>
Client Management:<\/strong><\/p> - Oversee key client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop enduring relationships with clients to secure loyalty and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:<\/strong><\/p> <\/p>
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the financial services or FMCG sectors.
- A proven history of leading revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong insight into product development procedures and client requirements within the financial services landscape.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving competencies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of nurturing lasting relationships.

- Lead a team of sales professional across all regions to drive revenue growth and exceed sales target and to ensure efficient onboarding of new merchants.
- Handle issues and complaints related to merchant accounts and transactions.
- Implement strategies to maintain a healthy and active merchant network.
- Develop and implement sales and Partnerships strategies to increase customer acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills
