Responsibilities

  • Organizes meetings and manages databases
  • Books transport and accommodation
  • Organizes company events and conferences
  • Orders stationery and IT equipment
  • Deals with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Prepares letters, presentations and reports
  • Monitors the work of administrative staff
  • Implements and maintains procedures/office administrative systems
  • Assists the organization's HR and finance
