Aldar Education are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi commencing immediately.

Mamoura British Academy is a British curriculum, mixed gender school until Year 8 and a girl’s only Senior School. It is located in a state of the art building in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend all administration meetings, prepare, and accurately record minutes of meetings and action points.
  • Perform a variety of secretarial and general office duties, including handling confidential tasks.
  • Raise housing-related purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) upon receipt of goods.
  • Oversee and provide guidance on the collection of staff housing documentation, including Tawtheeq and utility registration.
  • Assist with tracking payables and receivables to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and confirm transportation requirements for field trips.
  • Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar admin role
  • Previous experience in data management
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and procurement


Minimum Experience:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Experience with working in an educational context


Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • Fluent in English with high levels of oral and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent general IT skills with exceptional competencies in Excel and is confidently able to work with Macros, dash boards and complex data management.
  • Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and MS forms
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of organization
