Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will help us find highly skilled Rockstar talents across the group and will be responsible for end-to-end management of recruiting activity. Supporting Managers to find untapped talent, attract and ultimately recruit and retain Rockstars within the market. 

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations 
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent 
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements 
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications  
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards 
  • Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business 
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation 
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships 
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or any other related field
  • At least 4 years’ experience in recruitment
  • Experience with employer branding
  • Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
  • Experience in High-tech, Telecommunications, Digitalization and/or Software industries
  • Proven track record operating in a busy recruiting function; ideally with exposure to different parts of the Talent Acquisition cycle (i.e. role briefings, interviews, shortlisting)
  • Exceptional communication skills with a client-centric approach to solution-selling and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
  • A proven track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and execution
  • High focus on achievement and results delivery
