Job Description

  • Exhibits a genuine service personality, demonstrating high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Possesses at least a high school diploma in Catering or a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a comparable position within a 5-star hospitality establishment.
  • Holds good knowledge of local food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines.
  • Responsible for executing all operational tasks in Food & Beverage production adhering to required service standards and procedures.
  • Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Aims to prevent complaints and ensure effective service recovery when necessary.
  • Proactively engages with fellow team members, keeping the guests’ interests at heart.
