We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Manager to join our growing finance team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, developing robust financial models, and supporting the company's overall financial planning and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative offline marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and market reach.
  • Develop tailored offline strategies by selecting top merchants or top locations in each city.
  • For top merchants, organize in-store events, co-branded marketing initiatives, and on-ground activations to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • For top locations, establish activation points such as booths to attract new clients, execute offline campaigns (e.g., outdoor advertising), or conduct roadshows.
  • Oversee the execution of experiential marketing activities, including events, sponsorships, and activations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and integration with online marketing efforts.
  • Manage offline marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximum ROI.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record of successful offline campaigns and media planning.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
