Integrant Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant II to join our team and support financial operations in our Egypt and Jordan locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bills, and expenses.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management and external auditors.
  • Handle vendor communication and manage invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Perform bank-related activities, including transfers, withdrawals, and issuing statements.
  • Calculate and process withholding tax (WH Tax) accurately.
  • Create and maintain organized vendor files to support legal and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
  • Provide timely assistance with accounting-related requests and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (English section) with a minimum grade of "Good."
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on bookkeeping and financial reporting.
  • Language: Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced functions.
    • Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
