We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training programs for our real estate agents and support staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping employees with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to excel in the competitive Dubai real estate market. This includes training on sales techniques, market trends, CRM systems, compliance, and company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching for new and existing agents.
  • Onboarding Program: Facilitate onboarding training for newly hired real estate agents and support staff to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Provide training on effective sales strategies, objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Keep staff informed on the latest market trends, project launches, and company listings.
  • Technology & CRM Training: Train staff on internal CRM systems, property portals, and digital marketing tools.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure agents are well-versed in Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and ethical business practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess training effectiveness and staff performance, providing feedback and improvement plans where needed.
  • Content Development: Create and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and online learning content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with managers, HR, and marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales methodologies, and training innovations.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Essential:

    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience training, sales coaching, or a related field.
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of learning and development processes and theory, in particular training. 
    • Training Skills: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.), and Microsoft Office.
    • Personal Attributes: Proactive, motivational, and adaptable with a passion for learning and development.

Desired:

    • Real Estate Experience: Any level of experience of employment in the Dubai Real Estate market. 
    • Education: Qualification in learning and development, training, real estate, or a related field preferred.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, RERA laws, and property sales process.
