In this pivotal role, you will oversee procurement activities across various projects, ensuring that all processes align with organizational goals and deliver value while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with project requirements and company objectives
• Manage the procurement process from sourcing and selection to negotiation and contract management
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and specifications
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and monitor their performance for compliance and quality assurance
• Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to identify new sourcing opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Prepare and present procurement reports and performance metrics to senior management
• Drive procurement-related training and development across the organization.
