Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on the OutSystems platform.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams of software developers.
Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relational databases.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose technical solutions.
Experience with version control systems such as Git is preferred.
Certifications in OutSystems development or architecture are a plus.
