Job Description

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend the right solutions.

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers' needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Meets customers’ needs by delivering the shop’s offerings and prices.
  • Ensures sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct customers.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
  • Cross-sell products.
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services.

Requirements

  • No experience or no more than 3 years
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Multi tasks
  • Fair English speaking, reading and writing
