Job description:
Main Purpose of Job Utilize specialized skills to bolster departmental and organizational objectives. Engage in strategic projects, imparting expertise to foster innovation and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with SPIMACO’s goals, values, and culture.
- Content Creation Coordination: Coordinate with content creation team to produce the needed communication material in the right time.
- Employee Engagement Activities: Foster a positive work culture by keeping employees engaged, motivated, and connected through effective internal activities.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute internal events such as town halls, employee recognition programs & corporate celebrations.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure communication consistency across SPIMACO Group.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from employees regarding internal communication and events to continuously improve plans and initiatives.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure internal communications and events align with SPIMACO’s brand, mission, and values.
Requirements: - Saudi National with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Pharma, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and event management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset and a passion for creating engaging employee experiences.
