Job Description: We are looking for an "Employee Engagement & Communication Specialist" with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team.
Job Requirements:
· Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
· Develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs and initiatives.
· Support in creating and analyzing employee engagement surveys.
· Support in creating an action plan according to the engagement survey feedback.
· Assist in planning and executing employee events and activities, such as team building, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
· Acting as an active committee member for Advansys internal and external event.
Qualifications & Skills
· Major: Business or any relevant field.
· Years of Experience: 2 – 4 in (Internal Communication and Engagement)
· English: Very good.
· Any experience related to corporate events or CSR activities is a must
· Excellent in communication skills.
