الوصف الوظيفي:

يُشرف مشرف مراقبة المخزون على العمليات اليومية المتعلقة بإدارة المخزون لضمان توافر المنتجات بكفاءة ودقة داخل المستودعات أو الفروع. يعمل على تحليل البيانات، وإعداد التقارير، وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات لضبط المخزون وتقليل الفاقد وتحسين مستوى توفر المنتجات.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على عمليات الجرد الدورية وضمان دقة المخزون الفعلي مقابل السجلات.
• مراقبة مستويات المخزون واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمنع نفاد المنتجات أو زيادتها عن الحاجة.
• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات فعالة للتحكم بالمخزون وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
• تحليل البيانات الخاصة بالمخزون وإعداد التقارير الدورية للإدارة.
• التعاون مع الأقسام المختلفة مثل المشتريات، والخدمات اللوجستية، والمبيعات لضمان توفر المنتجات في الوقت المناسب.
• التحقيق في أي فروقات في المخزون واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
• استخدام أنظمة إدارة المخزون (مثل SAP أو أي نظام ERP آخر) لضبط العمليات وتحديث السجلات.
• تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات السلامة أثناء عمليات التخزين والمناولة.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مراقبة المخزون أو العمليات اللوجستية.
• مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع البيانات والأرقام.
• معرفة بأنظمة إدارة المخزون وتقنيات ERP.
• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
• إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office، خاصةً Excel.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التغير مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
