Processing payments to contractors on Deel, hosts on Airbnb, sellers on Etsy, and many more global brands is just the beginning.

The role

You will be the first dedicated AE (Account Executive) joining the team. As the first AE, you play a key role in shaping the sales processes and the culture of the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the payment space and consultative sales. Responsibilities include:

    • Pipeline Management: Build and manage your sales pipeline focusing on global enterprise companies with an interest in the MENA region (i.e. Trading platforms, Payment platforms, Social Media, Payroll and many more).
    • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategic plan to generate new leads who align with our target market.
    • Inbound Sales: Responsible for all inbound leads through different channels (i.e. website).
    • Hit Targets: Build sales forecasts and plans to deliver against annual and quarterly company targets.
    • Solution Selling: Educate and consult the prospects on how payments works in the MENA region and how Fuse can help localise their payment stack.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across client organizations.
    • Ownership of accounts: Own the handover from sales to implementation and customer success team.
    • Account Management: Ensure that the clients you close successfully go live with Fuse and start generating volumes.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide feedback from prospects to internal teams (i.e. product and marketing).

Must have

  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
  • Experience working in a fast paced FinTech.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale deals with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and you are comfortable with ever changing dynamics of a high growth early stage startup.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the payment space.
