We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing using hotel management software.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other guest communications efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Process payments and manage cash or card transactions securely.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
