Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service techniques.
  • Fluent in English at a B2-C1 level.
  • Strong Analytical Skills coupled with experience in Account Management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven capacity to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in the BPO or customer service sector is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
