Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service techniques.
Fluent in English at a B2-C1 level.
Strong Analytical Skills coupled with experience in Account Management.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven capacity to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
Prior experience in the BPO or customer service sector is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Details
Work requires attendance in a rotational shift.
You will receive 2 rotational days off each week.
