Internship Overview
The Telesales Internship at iSchool is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are looking to gain practical experience in sales and customer engagement within the education technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in reaching out to potential customers through phone calls
- Learn to communicate product information effectively
- Support in managing customer inquiries and providing information about our offerings
- Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies
- Acquire skills in lead generation and qualifying potential customers

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in sales and customer relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
