JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and dedicated Civil Engineer - Building to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and execution of building projects, ensuring that all structures are safe, sustainable, and adhere to local regulations. Your expertise in building construction will be vital in collaborating with architects and other engineers to bring projects from conception to reality. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for building design and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop building projects from the ground up, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
- Prepare detailed structural designs, drawings, and specifications in accordance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project design.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Offer technical guidance and support throughout all stages of construction.
- Perform quality control checks and site inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Keep abreast of new materials, technologies, and best practices in building engineering.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on building projects.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Ability to make sound judgments and strategic decisions based on engineering principles.
