JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to join our project management team. The Construction Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. As part of our mission to enhance infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, you will lead and coordinate construction activities, working closely with teams and stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement construction schedules, project timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure the compliance of projects with safety regulations and building codes.
- Review and approve contractor invoices and project costs.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor site safety and quality.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Maintain thorough documentation related to construction activities, change orders, and reports.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management or a related role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
