Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to oversee sales and operations across selected branches in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of field sales representatives, driving sales, and ensuring efficient store operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and excellent customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and provide guidance to the sales team across assigned territories.
- Set achievable sales targets and motivate the team to meet or exceed them.
- Monitor sales team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
- Ensure sales targets set by management are met within assigned branches.
- Oversee stock management and timely stock refills in assigned branches.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry
- At least 4 years of experience as a store manager
- Fluency in English is required
