Summary Of The Job
Supporting complex 3D cases in Cairo region in addition to train New Hires and other members of the Egypt team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clinical support and training for all 3D cases in the assigned account in Cairo
- Deliver BP and NPIs penetration and drive business development which is aligned with BU Strategy
- Coach and develop New Hires and Junior clinical specialists.
- Onboard new EP accounts and develop the existing ones
- Initiate and develop EP patient pathway optimization activities in the assigned region
Main performance measures (Performance Goals)
- Deliver business clinical and development support activities target
Experience Required
- Education: Biomedical engineering / relevant fields
- minimum 2-3 years in EP ( electrophysiology) is a must have
- Language: English
- Location: Cairo- Egypt

Technical/Functional Skills Required
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience with Carto Cardiac Navigation Systems
- Training experience in Electrophysiology
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage (directly or indirectly) relationship with Sales, areas of support and/or Marketing Organization
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams and across a matrix organization
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently.
