CCDS is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Saudi Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cybersecurity Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing identity and access management solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to our clients' information systems. Your expertise will help our clients protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will be working closely with both technical and non-technical teams to establish best practices for identity and access management, including user provisioning, role management, and access control policies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions for clients, ensuring they meet security requirements.
- Conduct identity and access audits to assess existing practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop access control models and policies to enforce security standards.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure secure user access to systems and data.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients on IAM best practices and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with IAM trends, threats, and regulatory requirements to enhance security measures.

Requirements:
- Saudi Nationality is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with IAM solutions such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, or RBAC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in policy development and risk management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or IAM-related certifications) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
