AlWatania Information Systems is a prominent player in the SAP consulting landscape, helping organizations transform their customer engagement strategies through SAP solutions. We are seeking a Senior SAP SD/CX Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will integrate your expertise in both SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Customer Experience (CX) to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance our clients' sales processes and overall customer interactions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and ensure they leverage SAP systems to their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Led and managed SAP SD and CX implementation projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design effective SAP SD and CX configurations.
  • Customize SAP SD processes, including order management, pricing, and shipping, while integrating these with SAP CX solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SD, SAP Sales Cloud, and other relevant systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing of configurations and ensure system performance aligns with client expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to facilitate user adoption of SAP SD and CX functionalities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SAP SD and Customer Experience, recommending enhancements as necessary.
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes and system configurations for future reference.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP SD and CX consulting roles.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and SAP Customer Experience solutions.
  • Proven experience configuring and customizing SAP SD and integrating it with SAP CX applications.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend practical SAP solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with significant attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • SAP SD and/or CX certifications are desirable.
