    • Effectively communicate issues related to engineering to all project stakeholders
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines

  • Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities
    • Primary Functions
    • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of inspectors to ensure efficient and accurate inspections.
    • Assign tasks and priorities based on project timelines and goals.
    • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on inspection techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Oversee inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Collection, and TQR) to implement changes.
    • Recommend and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve recurring quality issues.
    • Ensure proper documentation of all inspection project documents, P.O, Reports, Invoice etc...
    • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
    • Ensure that all inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated according to the required standards.
    • Conduct audits of the inspection processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
    • Work closely with TQR to resolve quality-related issues and improve service outcomes.
    • Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to review quality metrics and recommend process improvements.
    • Conduct regular training for new team members and ongoing training for existing inspectors to ensure they are up to date on inspection techniques and quality standards.

    • Technical Expertise
    • Experience with quality management systems ISO 9001.
    • Experience with ISO 17020

    • Business Requirements
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
    • In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and inspection techniques.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to identify issues and initiate corrective actions.
