Senior Development Manager - Residential (RES1)

Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the future of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a talented and results-driven Senior Development Manager to join our team. This role will encompass the management and supervision of various development projects, targeting residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. As a key player in our development team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed effectively, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of development projects across residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to inform strategic project decision-making.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project standards are met and align with regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, government entities, and community representatives.
• Monitor project performance, track progress, and report on key milestones to senior management.
• Identify risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship and development of junior team members.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to optimize development practices within the organization.
