Qiddiya Investment Company is on the cutting edge of entertainment and leisure development in Saudi Arabia, and we are currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Senior Specialist - Tax (COR 318). In this essential position, you will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and strategy, providing expert guidance on tax matters to minimize risk and enhance financial performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and filing of various tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess the tax implications of business decisions and develop effective tax strategies.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify tax savings opportunities and proactively address potential tax exposure.
- Stay current on changes in tax legislation and communicate their impact to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external tax consultants and auditors during audits and other tax-related inquiries.
- Prepare tax reports and documentation for internal management and external regulatory bodies.
- Assist in managing tax audits and resolve issues that may arise during the scrutiny process.
- Provide training and support to finance staff on tax-related matters, policies, and best practices.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in tax management or related roles, with a focus on both compliance and advisory.
- Strong understanding of local and international tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation and financial data.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present tax information clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or large organization is a plus.
