The Assistant Manager – Policy & Process Standardization is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized procurement policies and processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role ensures governance structures are in place, drives process improvement initiatives, and supports strategic decision-making through data insights. The role also oversees the effective communication, implementation, and training on new policies and processes across the organization

• 7+ years of experience in policy governance, process management, or similar roles, ideally in large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Business, or related fields.
• Preferred: CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions.
• Experience of working in cross-collaborative environments and ensuring differing goals d needs align with overarching organizational strategy.
• Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.
•Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region preferred.
