Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Assistant Manager who has a strong background in the support and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). This includes familiarity with systems such as PRISM, Oracle Primavera Unifier, P6, Active Risk Manager, Safran, Aconex, and their respective integrations. The responsibilities of this role involve gathering requirements, aligning processes, providing application support and integration assistance, as well as ensuring the overall success of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises PMIS Applications implementations, operation and support.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, and workflows for PMIS components.
  • Document functional, non-functional, and integration requirements in detailed business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Analyze existing business processes and map them to PMIS capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives..
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define integration points between Unifier, P6, Active Risk Manager, Safran, Aconex, and SAP
  • Assist in designing data flows and ensuring seamless communication across systems.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Develop test cases and scenarios to validate system configurations and integrations.
  • Support change management efforts by engaging users and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
    • Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst involved in PMIS implementations or related projects.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to understand complex systems.
