Job Requirements:
- A master’s degree in Library Science or a related field from an accredited institution is a plus.

- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative library programs and outreach initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Curate and manage library collections by selecting, acquiring, cataloging, and preserving materials that reflect the community's cultural and informational needs.
- Develop, implement, and assess engaging library programs and services that promote literacy, lifelong learning, and cultural enrichment.
- Innovate and integrate technology solutions into library services, including the development of digital literacy workshops and online resources.
- Foster partnerships with local organizations, schools, and artists to enhance library offerings and expand outreach efforts within the community.
- Provide expert reference and research assistance to patrons, guiding them in the effective use of library resources and information.
