Basic technical skills/technologies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (2+ of Experience).
  • Strong foundation in Java programming, featuring object-oriented architecture and performance improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of database management for executing data queries and modifications (SQL).
  • Strong Knowledge of API integration and web services.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions and their components (Oracle Siebel).

Non-technical skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execution and development of business requirements to improve customer experience.
  • Produce well-structured and maintainable code in compliance with defined technical and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various teams to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of each new development process and system updates.
