We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and office supplies.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings.
  • Support HR and finance teams with employee records, payroll assistance, and documentation.
  • Handle invoice processing, expense reports, and office budget tracking.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, liaising with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
