Job Description: Storekeeper - Hijab Industry
Job Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for overseeing the storage and organization of hijab products to
ensure easy accessibility and maintain product quality. The role includes managing inventory,
ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the operational goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
Receive new shipments, verify their quality and quantity against invoices and
purchase orders.
Organize and store hijab products to ensure easy accessibility and maintain
quality.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
2. Product Organization:
Arrange products based on categories (e.g., designs, colors, sizes).
Label products clearly for easy identification.
Monitor storage conditions to preserve fabric and color quality.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities (incoming and outgoing
goods).
Prepare periodic reports on inventory status and share them with management.
Track important dates, such as new arrivals or promotional expirations.
4. Coordination with Other Departments:
Work with the sales team to promptly fulfill customer orders.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock levels.
Provide feedback on products that need reordering or replacement.
5. Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards:
Ensure products are stored in suitable conditions to avoid damage.
Address any issues related to damaged or defective products promptly.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Suggest ideas to improve storage methods and reduce inventory errors.
Use modern techniques, such as electronic inventory management systems, to
enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum high school diploma (a certificate in warehouse management or
supply chain is preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role,
preferably in the fashion or related industry.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of inventory management software or Excel.
Soft Skills:
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with different teams.

Accurate inventory management with minimal discrepancies.
