In this key leadership role, you will manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our luxury developments, ensuring the financial health and profitability of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, preferably within the real estate sector, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis, developing budgets and forecasts for luxury real estate projects
- Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights to support decision-making
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accounting principles
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate project feasibility
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align financial goals with project objectives
- Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team for long-term planning
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring their professional development

- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in the real estate sector (10+ years)
