AHS, a leading real estate company, is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative interior design solutions for a variety of residential and commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your design expertise, manage projects from start to finish, and create extraordinary spaces that enhance the living experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present design concepts that reflect the client's vision and requirements
- Manage all phases of the design process, including space planning, material selection, and color schemes
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and feasibility
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and specifications
- Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and industry innovation
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a solid portfolio showcasing your work
- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and furnishings
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong Knowledge in Ultra Luxury Building and high end offices
