Daikan Izakaya, City Walk a premier destination for Japanese cuisine, is seeking a motivated and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure that food is delivered promptly and accurately to guests, contributing to a seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Food Delivery: Quickly and accurately deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the designated tables while ensuring the correct order and presentation.
- Communication: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food orders and communicate any special requests or allergies.
- Table Maintenance: Assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by checking on guests and ensuring their satisfaction with their meals.
- Organization: Keep the food pickup area organized and clean, and ensure that all necessary supplies are readily available.
- Sanitation Standards: Adhere to all health and safety regulations concerning food handling and cleanliness.
