RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
We are looking for an experienced Manager Consumer Experience to join our Egypt Duty Free team. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience are required together with an excellent command of English & Arabic.
The Manager Consumer Experience Aims To
- Manage consumer-facing RRP activities deployment to address consumer journey gaps and opportunities, leveraging digital means.
- Ensure consumer activities scoping and implementation in line with defined KPIs.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders including agencies and domestic markets for proper activities coordination and channel expertise.
- Leverage support from PMI Duty Free functions and Commercial IBS in the deployment of consumer experience support activities.
