JASARA PMC is in search of a Strategic Planning Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with overseeing the strategic planning operations for Engineering Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver organizational strategic planning services tailored for Engineering Services.
- Perform detailed analyses to assess strengths and weaknesses as well as to determine operational effectiveness within Engineering Services.
- Implement internal strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes under Engineering Services.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and business improvement across multiple sectors.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in using strategic planning tools and methodologies.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant project management software.
