- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio resource management across multiple sectors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the construction or engineering sector is preferred.
