As the Director of Development Financial Analysis, you will oversee and guide financial analysis related to various development projects. You will lead a team that conducts feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment assessments to ensure that our projects are viable and aligned with Qiddiya's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the financial analysis function for development projects, ensuring accurate financial modeling and assessment of all investments.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and financial assessments for upcoming development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary data for financial planning and analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to support executive decision-making.
