As a Software Solutions Architect, you will act as a technical expert and consultant to support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and proposing appropriate software solutions. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, helping drive successful sales outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions and design architecture proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs.
- Work closely with customers to address technical queries and provide pre-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with technical capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in post-sales activities to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in software sales engineering, pre-sales, or a similar role.
- Strong technical background with expertise in designing and implementing software solutions.

- Experience in delivering product demonstrations and handling technical queries.
